Terms and Conditions

These generic terms and conditions apply to all work undertaken by Voodoochilli Design Ltd. By hiring us to take on work you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

• Quotations are valid for 28 days only.
  
• A minimum of 33% deposit is required before undertaking any work for new clients.
• Maintenance work for new clients will require a 50% deposit.
  
• Additional work will be charged at our standard hourly rate set at a minimum of 1 hour.
  
• Please make all cheques payable to Voodoochilli Design Limited within 28 days
  
• Payment not received by 28 days will incur interest at 13% per month.
  
• Payment terms are subject to our discretion.
• Bad debts will be reported to the credit agency and this will affect your credit rating.

Hourly rate
This rate is revealed to clients on request of a quotation or estimate. Our hourly rate is adjusted yearly.

Meetings and Support

• We are available for one meeting free of charge (excluding any travel expenses) and additional meetings will be charged at double our hourly rate plus travel expenses.
• Clients that do not attend will be charged for travel and hourly rate charges.
  
• Meetings are subject to our discretion.

Maintenance and support packages

• Packages offer free standard hosting to match that of the package. If you have a very specific hosting requirements you may need to pay for additional hosting.

Content
Website content should be provided at the start of a project. A delay in the provision of content may result in higher project cost.
