Terms and Conditions

These generic terms and conditions apply to all work undertaken by Voodoochilli Design Ltd. By hiring us to take on work you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

• Quotations are valid for 28 days only.
  
• A 33% deposit is required before undertaking any work for new clients.
  
• Additional work will be charged at our standard hourly rate set at a minimum of 1 hour.
  
• Please make all cheques payable to Voodfooochilli Design Limited within 28 days
  
• Payment not received by 28 days will incur interest at 8% over the Bank of England's base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  
• Payment terms are subject to our discretion.

Hourly rate
The standard hourly rate is set each year in line with inflation. This rate is revealed to clients on request of a quoteation or estimate.

Meetings and Support

• We are available for one meeting free of charge (excluding any travel expenses) and additional meetings will be charged at double our hourly rate plus travel expenses.
  
• Meetings can take place at our office or at a mutably convenient location.
  
• Meetings are subject to our discretion.

Content
Website content should be provided at the start of a project. A delay in the provision of content may result in higher project cost.
